Ranchi: Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) has formally released Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for its Electrical & Mechanical Department and Excavation Department, marking a major step toward operational consistency and governance. The SOPs were unveiled during a ceremony attended by senior leadership, department heads, and officials. Leadership at the Launch The SOP release was jointly conducted by: Nilendu Kumar Singh – CMD (Chairman-cum-Managing Director) Pawan Kumar Mishra – Director (Finance) Chandra Shekhar Tiwari – Director (Technical & Operations) Anoop Hanjura – Director (Planning & Project) Pankaj Kumar – Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) Several Heads of Departments were also present, underlining the strategic importance of the initiative.
