LBSNAA Imparts Knowledge on Ayurveda for Mental Well Being Under Its Amrit Arogya Campaign

After initiating the ‘Academy Amrit Arogya- Ayush Sewa’ campaign for the first time on the 76th Independence Day,the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) once again came up with another campaign on 10 October.
Apart from the team of Ayurveda Wellness Center, two Officer Trainees of the 97th Foundation Course Ms Kalpashree and Mr Anup Garg also participated in this camp.
During the event, awareness talk was delivered to the teachers and school students on the topic, ‘Ayurveda for Mental Well Being’. Around 200 plus students attended the awareness talk and 60 people availed the free OPD services.
Bal Raksha Kit and Swasthya Kits, prescribed by the Ministry of AYUSH to boost immunity, were distributed. Apart from this, a booklet titled ‘Academy Amrit Arogya- Ayush Sewa’ was also distributed to raise awareness about benefits of Ayurveda.
Earlier, during the Independence Day celebration, LBSNAA started this campaign with the objective of social engagement. It was decided to benefit children of 75 rural and semi urban areas and schools with free OPDs and booklets.
