Her father wanted her to become an officer. That's why whenever Lucky was asked about her future, she always talked about making her father's dream come true.
So, Lucky Chauhan started preparing for UPSC exam very early. There were many ups and downs in her life regarding this exam, but she did not give up and kept trying.
In the year 2012, the result of his hard work paid off. This year, Lucky secured 246 rank by passing the civil examination.
After passing the exam, Lucky was given the Tripura cadre. She is serving as IPS officer in Tripura now.
Lucky belongs to Khurja village in Bulandshahr, UP. Her father Rohtash Singh Chauhan is a property dealer by profession and mother Suman Lata is a teacher.
Lucky completed her 12th class in Science stream & then pursued her graduation in English Literature & History. After completing her graduation, Lucky worked as Assistant Welfare Administration too.
Despite this, Lucky did not give up his dream of clearing UPSC. Along with the job, she prepared for this exam.
