Journey From Bank PO to IAS

She had always grown up with the hope of seeing herself as an IAS. And the expectation with which she grew up, she fulfilled that in a grand manner.

IAS Topper Stuti Charan cleared the coveted UPSC CSE exam in 2012 with all India rank 3rd. She got Gujarat cadre.

She was working as a probationary officer before she passed the UPSC Exam. She started preparing for UPSC during her graduation studies.

She hails from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Her father works as Deputy Director in the Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation and her mother is a Hindi lecturer.

She is a graduate from Lachu Memorial College of Science and Technology and then did a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Marketing Management from IIPM, New Delhi.

After that she gave many competitive exam as she wanted to secure her future. Then, she got selected as bank PO. Bur her main aim was to crack UPSC, which she fulfilled in 2012 with AIR 3.

In an Interview, she said that every success story is an inspiration and she got motivated from each toppers story that she read.
