Kartik had failed in his first attempt. But after failing, he prepared fiercely for his next attempt. After much hard work, Karthik was able to clear the Civil Services Examination in 2017 for the first time.
He got 94th rank. He became IPS. But his target was IAS. That's why he did not stop, but again he started preparing for the next attempt. In the year 2019, he cleared the exam once again and this time his rank was 84.
But Karthik knew his target. So to complete it, he once again started working hard. During this, his IPS training was also going on.
Meanwhile, he took a leave of 15 days and came to his home, where he studied for 10 hours per day. In the year 2020, Karthik appeared for the exam again.
With his hard work and dedication, this time he passed this exam with AIR 8th rank. His dream of becoming an IAS was finally fulfilled. With this rank, he became the best ranked aspirant in Gujarat that year.
