The third edition of the Eco Warrior Awards arrives with renewed vigor, carrying forward the legacy of honouring India’s guardians of green. What began as a pioneering effort to recognize silent champions of forests and wildlife has now blossomed into a much-anticipated annual celebration. This year, the awards promise to be even more vibrant, with new categories that embrace not just valiant protection of nature but also innovative use of technology and heartfelt community participation.

For the first time, we will be honouring not only individual officers but also innovative efforts that would leave an indelible mark on country’s ecosystem. Project Cheetah, conceived by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi, too is completing three years now and can be safely heralded as a great success. Similarly, The Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam, too germinated out of the Prime Minister’s idea and has turned out a great effort in re-greening of India’s landscape.
