Ghaziabad administration sets up integrated services for 23 depts

More than 23 govt departments would be under the integrated service. This will help to the local residents to gather information at one place.

For integrated services amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ghaziabad district administration would establish a control room. More than 23 govt departments would be under the integrated service. This will help the local residents to gather information in one place.

The departments those will be integrated in the first phase are revenue department, Ghaziabad Development Authority, municipal corporation, social welfare departments, police, electricity, agriculture, railways, roadways, jal nigam, transport, medical services and pollution among others.

Ghaziabad DM Ajay Shankar Pandey said “It did a good job in reaching out to the migrant laborers and also solved the problems faced by the people during the lockdown. We want to continue with a similar system where residents can get all relevant information from one place.”
