J&K Govt Transferred Two IAS Officers, Mandeep Kaur is New Secy, Planning and Development

The Jammu and Kashmir government has transferred two IAS officers and shifted their postings on Monday (01.11.2021).

• 2004 batch IAS officer Ms. Mandeep Kaur (J&K): Commissioner/Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department.
• 2005 batch IAS officer Vijay Kumar Bidhuri (AGMUT) : Commissioner/Secretary, Revenue Department.
