A 1995 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, Dr. B Rajender, who is Principal Secretary, General Administration Department, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Agriculture Department and the Animal and Fisheries Resources Department, besides Inquiry Commissioner, GAD, after incumbent Dr. N Sarwan Kumar (IAS:2000) went on medical leave for 60 days with effect from April 01, 2023, to 30.05.2023.
Mr Rajender also holds additional charges of Principal Secretary, Public Grievances, and Mission Director, Bihar Administrative Reform Mission Society, Patna,
He will be in charge of the new departments as well till Mr. Sarwan Kumar returns from leave.
