In a comical video posted by IRTS officer J. Sanjay Kumar, a lighthearted incident unfolds involving an Indian man in Germany. In a rush, the man inadvertently purchases a ticket for 3 AM instead of 3PM. Hailing from Bihar, a region known for its knack for negotiation, the man decides to put his negotiation skills to use when confronted by the Ticketing Officer (TT).
Using his skills, the Indian man negotiates with the officer and after a series of back-and-forth, the officer relents, permitting them to proceed with an fresh ticket.
