2007 batch IAS officer of J&K cadre, Ms. Yasha Mudgal, has been given the additional charge of the post of Mission Director, Holistic Agriculture Development Plan (HADP), J&K.
She is currently working as Commissioner/Secretary, Cooperative Department in Jammu and Kashmir.
