After the formation of the Vishnudev Sai led government in Chhattisgarh, many IAS officers have been transferred in the state. The General Administration Department has issued orders in this regard. Names and postings of the officers are as follows:
2006 batch IAS officer P. Dayanand has been appointed as Secretary to the Chief Minister. He has also been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary of Medical Education Services Department.
IAS Subrata Sahu has been relieved from the post of Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister.
Other secretaries of the Chief Minister including IAS Pardeshi Siddharth Komal, IAS Ankit Anand, IAS Dr. S. Bharathidasan and IAS DD Singh have also been removed from the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. However, these officers have not yet been relieved from the responsibilities of other departments.
Three including Dr. Subhash Singh Raj of the State Administrative Service have been posted as Officers on Special Duty (OSD).
Five OSDs of the State Administrative Service working in the previous government have also been removed. These include Arun Kumar Markam, Dr. Suraj Kumar Kashyap, Devendra Pradhan, Umesh Patel and Vishal Kumar Maharana. These five officers will be relieved as soon as Dr. Subhash Raj takes charge.
Umesh Aggarwal and Ravikant Mishra will serve as OSD and Deepak Andhare as personal secretary in the personal establishment of the Chief Minister.
Transfer order of BMO and Food Officer has been issued in Jashpur. According to the order issued by the Office of the Collector (Food Branch) District Jashpur, in place of BMO Sandhya Rani Toppo posted in Kansabel, surgery specialist Dr. Sylvester Tirkey will now take charge of the BMO. Hemprakash Bhardwaj will be the Food Inspector of Farsabahar in place of Alauddin Khan.
