Twelve IAS officers, all from 2022 batch, were given new postings in the Assistant Secretary rank for eight weeks from 20 May to 12 July. They are:
- Ms. Ankita Agarwal (West Bengal cadre) was made Assistant Secretary, NITI Aayog.
- Ms. Divya P (Manipur cadre) was made Assistant Secretary, Eletronic Information Technology.
- Mr. Omkar Madhukar Pawar (Maharashtra cadre) was made Assistant Secretary, Home Affairs.
- Ms. Vandana Meena (Gujarat cadre) was made Assistant Secretary, Environment Forest Climate Change.
- Mr. Ajit Kumar (Nagaland cadre) was made Assistant Secretary, Financial Services.
- Mr. Vikas Mahato (Telangana cadre) was made Assistant Secretary, Tribal Affairs.
- Mr. Wairokpam Punshiba Singh (AGMUT cadre) was made Assistant Secretary, Food & Public Distribution.
- Mr. Akunuri Naresh (Maharashtra cadre) was made Assistant Secretary, Ministry of Textiles.
- Mr. Akhil V Menon (Kerala cadre) was made Assistant Secretary, Higher Education.
- Mr. Abhijit Ray (West Bengal cadre) was made Assistant Secretary, Shipping.
- Ms. V Sanjana Simha (Andhra Pradesh cadre) was made Assistant Secretary, Ministry of Power.
- Mr. Vinay Kumar Meena (Tamil Nadu cadre) was made Assistant Secretary, Pharmaceuticals.
