Following a circular issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) on May 30, Ms. Ankita Singh (2011 batch IRS-IT officer) was made Deputy Secretary in the Capacity Building Commission for a tenure of four years after she was recommended for Central Deputation by the Department of Revenue.
