Amidst a recent development, Mr. H P S Sran (2007-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer), presently serving as Secretary (PGC) and holding additional charge of Additional IG (Prisons), Secretary (IT) & MD (GSDL), was released from his additional charge as the Additional Inspector General (Prisons), with immediate effect.
