The Odisha government shifted two IPS officers in the state.

IPS Ashish Kumar Singh of 2004-batch, currently serving as DIG at Central Range, has been posted as Excise Commissioner, Odisha while IPS Anjan Kumar Manik of 2005-batch, currently serving as Excise Commissioner, has been given the charge of Inspector General (IG) Registration, Cuttack.
