Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Mr. Amit Shah will interact with IPS probationers in New Delhi today. During this meeting, the probationary officers shall discuss their training experiences and seek Mr. Shah’s guidance on tackling challenges related to the country’s internal security.
The 2023 IPS batch includes 188 officer trainees, of which 54 are women, who have successfully completed Phase 1 of their Basic Course Training. After two weeks of training with various Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Central Police Organisations (CPOs) in Delhi, these trainees will move on to 29 weeks of district practical training in their respective roles.
