While the entire nation is immersed in religious fervour for the consecration ceremony of Lord Rama In Ayodhya, some bureaucrats too have paid their musical tribute on this occasion. Many bureaucrats have penned their thoughts on the deity while some others have dedicated old classicals bhajans for him. The occasion is significant for the entire nation and everyone wants to contribute in his own way, including civil servants.
For UP cadre IAS officer, Dr. Hari Om, Lord Ram is not just a mere mythical character but a concept which binds us together. He is not a just a deity or the king of Ayodhya, he is the beauty & aesthetic of live. Dr. Hari Om, who is already a well-known singer, has sung the classic bhajan penned by Mira Bai ‘Payo Ji Maine, Ram Ratan Dhan Payo’ to express his feelings for Lord Ram. The musical tribute has been released recently on YouTube and is being widely shared on social media.
‘Mira Bai is known for her Krishna Bhakti. However, with this bhajan she sent the message that there is no difference in Ram or her Giridhar, they all are same though different shapes and figures of the Supreme power. I also have have the same concept of God as Mirabai, that’s why I chose this song”, Mr Hari Om told Indian Masterminds.
It took him around two weeks to prepare the song and shoot the video. He had to take out time for this from his hectic schedule and official duties. He also emphasized that Lord Ram is present everywhere and in every creature. His presence is for the betterment of society, feels the officer.
RAM IS IDEAL
‘Nagri ho Ayodhya si, Raghukul sa Gharana ho, Charan ho Raghav ke, Jahan Mera Thikhana ho’. This is how IRS officer and painter Mr. Anand Kumar paid his tribute to Lord Ram. Unlike many, this officer believe that we are not human beings but spiritual beings in the shape of human. We are seeking and chasing the supreme energy because that is the end goal. That supreme energy can be worshipped in any form be it Ram or Rahim.
“Lord Ram is special because the supreme power came in human form. His life is an ideal for us. All of us should take the path to ultimately converse with him,” he told Indian Masterminds.
Similarly, Additional Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education Ms. Sheela Dahima says, “For me Ram is the loveliest name in the world. I can not imagine my life without Ram. For me Ram is belief, Ram is medicine, Ram is support, Ram is breath. I don’t want to spend even a single day without Ram Naam. Ram is this life, Ram is after life.”
She penned down a poem and sang to pay her tribute to mark the consecration of Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya, which is believed to be the re-birth of lord Ram. The temple has been built at his birth place after a 500-years old dispute was settled by the Supreme court of India in 2011.
