It is that time of the year again when markets and homes are decorated with traditional earthen lamps, rangoli, lights, and flowers, sweets are distributed, and people worship Lord Ganesh and Goddess Laxmi. While many celebrate this auspicious occasion with their family and loved ones, some celebrate the festival by distributing sweets and clothes to not-so-privileged children, buying earthen diyas from the street vendors, and yet for some others, it’s just a normal working day.
The festival is all about spreading happiness and positivity all around and our bureaucrats not only celebrated the festival with their near and dear ones, but also added little specks of light and happiness to others’ Diwali as well.
DIWALI CELEBRATIONS

IPS officer Sanjay Kundu celebrated Diwali by spending time with the Himachal Pradesh Police Force Personnel. He on his Twitter wrote: “The remain on duty round the clock, away from their families, so that others celebrate their Deepawali with their loved ones.”

IAS officer Shubham Shukla (UPSC CSE 2021) tweeted some beautiful pictures of LBSNAA all decked up for Diwali.

Made this artwork with the theme "Be the light". Education is the best way to light up our mind. Similarly we can also try being a light in someone else's life which will make our life more meaningful
