UPSC CSE is a tough exam to crack. While the preparation needs proper planning, the revision is the key part. Mr. Sanjeev Maurya, who cleared UPSC CSE 2017 in his fourth attempt by securing 89th rank, lays great emphasis on answer writing. He says that no matter how much one studies or know about a topic, it is all wasted if you can’t articulate your knowledge in the answer paper. Those who write Mains gets around 7-8 minute for every answer and there only your practise can save you, he says.
