Omkar Pawar, hailing from a small village in Maharashtra, always had a dream of becoming an IAS officer. But he did not have a smooth journey. His mother wanted him to be in the administrative services after she was astonished to see the respect, these officers got in their village. Omkar not only made his dream come true but also his beloved parents.
