The Mohan Yadav-led government in Madhya Pradesh has made a significant administrative reshuffle by appointing 10 senior IAS officers as divisional in-charges across all 10 divisions of the state. These officers, all of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) and Principal Secretary (PS) rank, will be responsible for overseeing development works, monitoring government schemes, and ensuring their proper implementation at the divisional level. Key divisions such as Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, and Jabalpur are among those to receive new administrative heads.
ACS-Level Officers for 8 Divisions
According to a notification issued by the Madhya Pradesh Home Department, 8 of the 10 divisions will now have ACS-level officers at the helm, while the remaining two divisions will be headed by Principal Secretaries. The appointments include notable names such as Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, former Secretary to CM Mohan Yadav, and Mr. Neeraj Mandloi, current Additional Chief Secretary.

Roles and Responsibilities
The divisional in-charges will be tasked with supervising the execution of developmental projects and departmental initiatives in their respective divisions, in line with directives from Chief Minister Mohan Yadav. They will be required to:
- Visit the districts within their division at least once every two months.
- Conduct regular reviews through video conferencing.
- Attend all divisional meetings chaired by the Chief Minister without exception.
These appointments are aimed at strengthening governance and ensuring that the benefits of government schemes reach the grassroots level efficiently.
