A team of 14 new IAS officers visited Bhilai Steel Plant on 16th December. During this, various information regarding SAIL-BSP was made aware through a presentation at Ispat Bhawan. After this he visited the plant of BSP. First of all, a safety briefing was given at the Safety Excellence Center and various safety measures were given during the visit.
These IAS officers closely watched the process of iron making in the country’s state-of-the-art Blast Furnace-8 and inquired about its technical side.
