Bengaluru: Navratna Defence Public Sector Undertaking Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has announced the acquisition of additional orders worth ₹592 crore since its last disclosure on September 29, 2025. This development reflects BEL’s growing role in bolstering India’s defence electronics ecosystem through advanced technology and indigenous innovation.

Diverse Range of High-Value Defence Orders

According to the company, the latest orders include a wide array of critical systems and equipment such as:

  • Tank subsystems and overhauling
  • Communication equipment
  • Combat management system
  • Ship data network
  • Train collision avoidance system (Kavach)
  • Laser dazzler and jammers
  • Upgrades, spares, and essential services

These orders further enhance BEL’s already robust order book, solidifying its position as a strategic defence electronics partner to the Government of India and the armed forces.
