Strengthening agro value chains and high-tech manufacturing

“These projects will promote modern industries, create large-scale employment opportunities for the youth, and transform Chhattisgarh into a hub of innovation-driven growth,” Mr. Sai said.
Investor-ready ecosystem and policy support
Highlighting the state’s proactive stance, the Chief Minister assured global investors of streamlined approvals, a robust policy framework, and complete institutional support. He reiterated that food processing and electronics have been designated as priority investment zones under Chhattisgarh’s new industrial policy, ensuring both strategic support and fiscal incentives.
Boosting Indo-Japan cooperation
Officials noted that the food processing unit will help align local agriculture with global markets, while the electronics project will strengthen domestic capabilities in advanced technology. Mr. Sai linked the initiative to Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi’s upcoming visit to Japan, terming it a historic moment for strengthening bilateral ties.
