The session provided citizens an opportunity to present grievances ranging from financial assistance and education issues to electricity supply, illegal encroachments, and law enforcement concerns.

During the event, the Chief Minister ensured that each complainant was heard individually and issued immediate instructions for their resolution. The session reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to addressing citizens’ concerns efficiently and transparently.

Instructions to District Officials for Timely Grievance Redressal

CM Yogi Adityanath directed all District Magistrates (DMs) and Senior Superintendents of Police (SSPs) to ensure complaints are resolved at the district level without unnecessary delays. He emphasized that all departments must follow up on grievances promptly, provide effective solutions, and adhere to strict timelines for redressal.

The Chief Minister highlighted that the process should prioritize genuine citizens’ concerns while ensuring that no innocent individual faces undue inconvenience. Temporary arrangements and proper documentation are to be maintained to track the status of each complaint efficiently.
