New Delhi: Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) has further strengthened its logistics capabilities by expanding its operational fleet to 407 rakes, comprising 18,398 wagons, ensuring seamless, timely, and reliable container movement across the country. This strategic expansion reinforces CONCOR’s commitment to providing efficient and secure logistics solutions for India’s growing trade and transport needs.

High-Performance Wagons for Efficient Cargo Movement

The newly expanded fleet includes high-performance wagons capable of transporting cargo at speeds of up to 100 km/h, with gross carrying capacities ranging from 80 to 100 tonnes. These modern wagons support swift and efficient transportation, enabling faster turnaround times and improving overall network efficiency.

Advanced Safety and Security Features

Wagons are fitted with Automatic Twist Lock (ATL) for rapid loading and unloading, Load Sensing Devices (LSD) to enhance safety, and Anti-Pilferage Devices (APD) for secure transit.
