Launched at a high-level event in New Delhi, the report was presented in the presence of key dignitaries including Mr B.V.R. Subrahmanyam (CEO, NITI Aayog), Dr. Saurabh Garg (Secretary, Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation), and Ms. Debjani Ghosh (Distinguished Fellow, NITI Aayog).
