State-owned NBCC (India) Limited’s subsidiary, HSCC (India) Ltd, has secured contracts worth Rs. 1,322.48 crore from the Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) for two major projects. These include the construction of a hospital in Manesar, Haryana, and the addition of 500 beds at the ESIC Medical College and Hospital in Faridabad.
In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, NBCC announced that HSCC will enhance the bed capacity at the Faridabad facility from 650 to 1,150 beds, with this portion of the project valued at Rs. 642.69 crore. Additionally, the construction of a new 500-bed ESIC hospital in Manesar is valued at Rs. 679.79 crore. NBCC specializes in project management consultancy and real estate development.
