2019 batch IAS officer Kanishak Kataria who was posted as CEO, Zila Parishad, Alwar has been promoted and posted as Joint Secretary to Government, Department of Personnel (A-1).
Mr. Kataria was all India topper of his batch. He became IAS in his first attempt and had left a hefty paying private job in a foreign country to become IAS.
