IRAS Officer Vinay Bansal Appointed Financial Advisor in NCLT

New Delhi: Vinay Bansal (IRAS: 2011), recommended for central deputation by the Ministry of Railways, has been appointed as the Financial Advisor in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for a period of five years.

An official order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, confirmed that Mr. Bansal will assume his new role under the central staffing scheme. His tenure will begin from the date he takes charge of the position or until further orders, whichever comes earlier.

This appointment highlights the government’s continued efforts to strengthen key positions within its administrative framework.
