Saran, Bihar: In a significant event held at the Islamia High School playground in Olhanpur village of Madhora Assembly constituency, Janata Dal (United) [JDU] hosted a Milan Samaroh and public dialogue program. The gathering saw prominent leaders lauding Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s efforts towards social justice, minority welfare, and overall development in Bihar. The event also witnessed a large number of former Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supporters joining JDU, signaling a political shift in the region.

Minority Commission Chairman Highlights JDU’s Commitment to Social Justice

Maulana Ghulam Rasool Baliyavi, Chairman of the Minority Commission, emphasized the strong focus JDU has maintained on uplifting minorities under Nitish Kumar’s leadership. He stated, “Bihar today stands as a symbol of peace, harmony, and brotherhood. The progress seen in education, health, and employment sectors is a direct outcome of the JDU government’s policies.”

He criticized the opposition parties for their lack of developmental work and spreading confusion among people. “Unlike the opposition, JDU remains grounded in the public’s trust and has consistently worked for the welfare of minorities. It is now crucial for minorities to stay united to continue this progress,” Maulana Baliyavi urged.

Syed Afzal Abbas, Chairman of the Shia Waqf Board, echoed similar sentiments praising JDU’s continuous fight for social justice and minority rights. He remarked, “JDU has always stood for the rights of minorities and social justice. Under Nitish Kumar’s leadership, Bihar has sent a strong message of peace and brotherhood.”

He further added that the trust of the people of Madhora reflects the promising future of JDU in the state’s political landscape.

Opposition Criticized, Political Shift Evident in Madhora Constituency

Former Minority Commission member Murtaza Ali Kaiser took a firm stance against the RJD, accusing the party of focusing solely on caste-based politics and nepotism. “The people are tired of such politics. The recent wave of leaders and supporters joining JDU from RJD indicates that the party is growing stronger and will have a clear impact in the upcoming elections,” he stated.

JDU Leaders Confident About Growth and Development Model

Altaf Alam Raju, JDU district president and potential candidate from Madhora Assembly, expressed confidence about the party’s future in the region. “The enthusiasm shown in today’s program reflects the people’s demand for change. Nitish Kumar’s development model is becoming the true identity of Bihar,” he said.

The event also marked a significant political transition, as hundreds of former RJD supporters and workers officially joined JDU, strengthening the party’s base in the area.

Program Details and Conclusion

The Milan Samaroh was chaired by Altaf Alam Raju, while the event’s proceedings were moderated by Imtiaz Parvez, district president of JDU’s minority cell. The gathering underscored JDU’s commitment to inclusive growth and minority empowerment under the leadership of Nitish Kumar, reinforcing the party’s dominance in Bihar’s political scenario ahead of future elections.
