Jabalpur: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav will attend the Ladli Bahna and Mahila Sammelan in village Belkheda, located in the Bargi assembly constituency of Jabalpur district, on Monday. The event marks a significant step in empowering women and expanding rural development in the state.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister will transfer over ₹2,081 crore directly into the bank accounts of beneficiaries from various welfare schemes with a single click and inaugurate/institute development projects worth ₹22.44 crore.
₹1,551.44 Crore for 1.27 Crore Women Under Ladli Bahna Yojana
A major highlight of the event will be the transfer of ₹1,551.44 crore as the 25th installment under the Ladli Bahna Yojana, benefiting 1.27 crore women across Madhya Pradesh. Each beneficiary receives ₹1,250 per month, which aims to improve financial security and promote gender equity.
Direct Benefit Transfers Across Key Schemes
Apart from Ladli Bahana, Dr. Yadav will also disburse-
- ₹341 crore to 56.68 lakh beneficiaries under the Social Security Pension Scheme
- ₹39.14 crore to 27 lakh women under the Cylinder Refilling Scheme
- ₹150 crore ex-gratia to 6,821 labor families under the Sambal Yojana
These schemes are targeted toward uplifting the most vulnerable segments, including senior citizens, widows, laborers, and low-income households.

The Chief Minister will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for infrastructure projects worth ₹22.44 crore in the region.

Tribal Girls Hostel at Ghat Pipariya – ₹4.18 crore
- ITI Building at Shahpura – ₹2.89 crore
- Community Health Center at Belkheda – ₹4.47 crore
- Primary Health Center at Pipariya Kala – ₹2.95 crore
- Building at Shahpura CHC – ₹50 lakh
Foundation Laying for 3 Projects Worth ₹7.43 Crore
- Government High School Building at Sundradehi – ₹1.39 crore
- Tribal Senior Girls Hostel at Belkheda – ₹4.04 crore
- Division-Level Community Building at Narayanpur Ghana – ₹2 crore
These projects are expected to significantly boost education, healthcare, and tribal welfare infrastructure in the region.
