Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart 2025 to Showcase State’s Tourism to 27 Countries, Boost Global Partnerships

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh’s breathtaking beauty is all set to attract global attention as the state prepares to host the prestigious Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart (MPTM) 2025 from October 11 to 13 at the Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Centre in Bhopal. The event is expected to bring together over 80 tour operators and experts from 27 countries, alongside hundreds of domestic travel professionals and representatives from the film industry.

International Experts Excited to Promote Madhya Pradesh Tourism

Tourism experts and travel agencies from across the globe have expressed great enthusiasm for the event, praising Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department for the invitation. Johari Somad, Chairman of the Alliance of Indonesia Tour and Travel Agency, said he is excited to showcase Madhya Pradesh’s natural beauty to the world. Similarly, Rajesh Pillai, Managing Director of Fifalt Indian GmbH, Germany, called it a golden opportunity to witness and promote the state’s scenic and developmental progress.

Largest State-Level Travel Mart in India

MPTM is the largest state-level travel mart in India, attracting participation from countries including Indonesia, France, Poland, and the Netherlands. The event will feature over 3,000 B2B meetings, international conferences, and round-table sessions involving tourism and film industry experts. Officials from the Ministry of Tourism and tourism departments of various states will also participate, aiming to boost the local economy and create employment opportunities through increased tourism.

Global Promotion and Networking Opportunities

Tourism professionals from France, Poland, the Netherlands, Spain, Indonesia, and Ireland shared their eagerness to promote Madhya Pradesh as a premier travel destination in their respective countries. Cornelis Johannes from the Netherlands fondly recalled visiting Madhya Pradesh 27 years ago as a tourist and is now excited to return as a tour operator to promote the state globally. Vinod Pillai, Director of Oscar Travel from Ireland, highlighted the grandeur of the Khajuraho temples, inviting travelers worldwide to experience the state’s heritage.

Driving Partnerships and Local Empowerment

Onur Salamuddin of IYATA Travels, Indonesia, emphasized Madhya Pradesh’s vast potential and urged that its beauty deserves global recognition. The event aims to create a dynamic platform that fosters new partnerships, tourism initiatives, and empowerment of local communities, strengthening the overall tourism ecosystem in the state.

Boosting Madhya Pradesh as a Global Tourism Icon

The primary objective of Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart 2025 is to position the state as a hub for global investment and partnerships in tourism, film, weddings, and allied sectors. By connecting Madhya Pradesh to 27 international markets, the event is expected to unlock new avenues for investment, collaboration, and growth, establishing the state as a “Global Icon in Tourism.”
