NBCC Eyes Rs25,000 Crore Revenue by FY28, Driven by Robust Rs1.2 Lakh Crore Order Book

Revenue Set to More Than Double Over Three Years
Indian Masterminds Stories

New Delhi: State-owned infrastructure major NBCC (India) Limited expects its revenue to touch ₹25,000 crore by FY 2027-28, more than double its FY24 income of ₹12,272.99 crore. The optimistic projection is backed by a robust order book of ₹1.2 lakh crore, which is likely to cross ₹2 lakh crore in the next 2–3 years, according to senior company officials.

The projections were disclosed during a recent conference call with analysts, the transcript of which was shared with the stock exchanges on Monday.

Year-Wise Revenue Forecast

During the call, the NBCC management outlined the company’s anticipated revenue growth trajectory:

  • FY 2025-26: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 crore
  • FY 2026-27: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 crore
  • FY 2027-28: Around ₹25,000 crore

The company is optimistic that the pace of project execution and new order inflows will help it meet these targets.

Strong Order Pipeline Across States and PSUs

NBCC, which operates in project management consultancy (PMC) and real estate development, is in active discussions with several state governments and public sector enterprises for new projects.

“We expect our consolidated order book to cross ₹2 lakh crore in the next 2–3 years,” the management said.

Q1 FY26 Performance: Profit Up 26%

In the April–June 2025 quarter (Q1 FY26), NBCC reported:

  • Consolidated Net Profit: ₹135.03 crore (up 26% YoY)
  • Total Income: ₹2,465.48 crore (vs. ₹2,196.20 crore in Q1 FY25)

This growth was attributed to higher execution and increased billing activity across multiple large-scale projects.

FY25 Full-Year Financials

For the full 2024-25 financial year, NBCC posted:

  • Total Income: ₹12,272.99 crore
  • Net Profit: ₹557.42 crore

These results reflect the company’s stabilizing operations post-COVID and increasing demand for infrastructure services in India.

Future Outlook

With India’s infrastructure sector witnessing renewed focus from both the Centre and states, NBCC’s strong order book and execution capacity put it in a prime position to scale significantly over the next few years.
