New Delhi: NHPC Ltd, a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) and a leading power generation company, has announced the promotion of two senior officials to the position of Executive Director.
Mr Amitabh Jha and Ms Manisha Shrivastava have been appointed as Executive Directors effective from June 1, 2025, marking a significant shift in the company’s senior management team.
Profiles of the Newly Appointed Executive Directors
Mr Amitabh Jha, a graduate in Electrical Engineering (B.E.), joined NHPC on June 9, 1997. With 28 years of extensive experience in the power sector, Jha has contributed significantly to various operational and strategic roles within NHPC.
Ms Manisha Shrivastava, also holding a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering, joined NHPC on June 10, 1997. Her long tenure and expertise have been instrumental in driving NHPC’s growth and operational excellence.
