IAS officer Ritesh Chauhan IAS has been given extension of entrustment of additional charge of the post of Managing Director, National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd. (NAFED). NAFED falls under the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare. Mr. Chauhan is an IAS officer of Himachal Pradesh cadre and 2005 batch. His extension is for a period from 01.08.2023 to 22.09.2024.
The officer has been serving as CEO, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna and Joint Secretary, Agriculture.
