Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA) has approved 15 new residential and commercial projects across seven districts, with a combined investment of over ₹3,069.10 crore. The clearances are expected to boost the state’s construction sector, generate employment, and expand quality residential and commercial infrastructure.

Boost to Employment and Real Estate Sector
Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Chairman of UPRERA, stated,
“An investment of ₹3,069.10 crore will not only strengthen the construction sector but also create new employment opportunities and ensure the availability of quality residential and commercial infrastructure.”
Experts note that approvals of commercial and mixed-use projects in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Agra, and Mathura indicate rising business activity and growing investment potential in Uttar Pradesh.
