New Delhi: The Centre for Coaching and Career Planning under the Residential Coaching Academy (RCA) at Jamia Millia Islamia has invited applications for its free coaching programme for candidates preparing for the Union Public Service Commission Civil Services Examination 2026.
The coaching programme includes free residential hostel facility and is meant for candidates from Minority communities, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and women who wish to prepare for both the Preliminary and Main stages of UPSC CSE 2026.
According to the university notification, online applications opened on April 1, 2026, and the last date for submission of application forms is May 26, 2026.
Who Can Apply
The university has clarified that candidates belonging to –
- Minority communities
- Scheduled Castes (SC)
- Scheduled Tribes (ST)
- Women candidates
are eligible to apply for the programme.
The coaching is designed to support aspirants through a structured academic environment aimed at improving success in one of India’s most competitive examinations.
Selection Through Written Test and Interview
Admission to the programme will be made through an entrance process consisting of a written examination followed by a personal interview.
Written Test Date: June 6, 2026
The written examination will be conducted in two sessions –
- Paper I – General Studies (Objective Type): 10:00 am to 11:00 am
- Paper II – Essay Writing: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
The result of the written test will be declared on July 10, 2026.
Interview Schedule
Candidates shortlisted after the written examination will appear for personal interviews, which will be conducted online between July 16 and July 31, 2026.
The final result and list of selected candidates will be published on August 7, 2026 on the university website.

The written examination will follow the UPSC pattern and include –
- General Studies
- CSAT (Objective Type)
- Essay Writing in English, Hindi or Urdu
