IAS officer Mr. Vijayendra Kumar has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty for the proposed Haryana Income Enhancement Board. An IAS of Haryana cadre and 1995 batch Mr. Kumar is currently Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana, Youth Empowerment & Entrepreneurship, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Departments with additional charge as Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Development Board.
Earlier, he has served in Social Justice, Empowerment and Welfare of Schedule Caste, Backward Classes in the capacity of Principal Secretary.
