Gorakhpur: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met with around 100 citizens during a public darshan at Gorakhnath Temple on Thursday morning. The Chief Minister personally interacted with people seated outside the Mahant Digvijayanath Smriti Bhawan, listening attentively to their problems and ensuring prompt action by administration and police officials.
Public Darshan: Direct Interaction with Citizens
During the Gorakhnath Temple public darshan, CM Yogi Adityanath addressed grievances of citizens regarding housing, healthcare, and law-and-order issues. Each petition submitted by the citizens was noted, and instructions were given to ensure timely, impartial, and satisfactory resolution.
The Chief Minister emphasized that the government is committed to extending welfare schemes to every eligible person and resolving all grievances effectively. He also directed officials to take strict and swift action in police-related matters.
Housing and Healthcare Assistance Assured
A woman raised the issue of housing during the darshan, to which CM Yogi Adityanath assured that she would receive a home under the state’s housing scheme.
Citizens seeking financial support for treatment of serious illnesses were assured that no patient will be denied medical care due to lack of funds. Officers were instructed to prepare estimates for advanced treatment promptly for all needy individuals, ensuring access to high-quality healthcare without delay.
Encouraging Education and Child Welfare
During the public darshan, CM Yogi also interacted with children accompanying women visitors. He handed out chocolates and encouraged them to study diligently, highlighting the importance of education for the state’s future.
Law and Order: Firm Directives to Officials
The Chief Minister emphasized strict action against criminals and provided personal assurance to victims. For instance, a woman from Deoria, whose son was murdered, was assured that strong and immediate action would be taken against the perpetrators. CM Yogi reaffirmed the government’s commitment to justice for every victim and effective implementation of welfare schemes.
