11 PPS officers promoted to IPS Rank in Uttar Pradesh

On Thursday, the meeting was held at the Union Public Service Commission in New Delhi. The authorities in the meeting approved the promotion of 11 Provincial Police Service (PPS) officers to the Indian Police Service (IPS) cadre. The UP State Chief Secretary Mr. RK Tiwari and Additional Chief Secretary Home Mr. Avinash Kumar Awasthi were also present in the meeting.
The officers who have been promoted to the rank of IPS are as follows – Mr. Rajesh Dwivedi, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Srivastava, Mr. Jai Prakash Singh, Mr. Dinesh Tripathi, Mr. Tribhuvan Singh, Mr. Shashikant, Mr. Ram Sevak Gautam, Mr. Ajit Kumar Sinha, Mr. Awadhesh Singh, Mr. Pankaj Kumar Pandey, and Dr. Sriprakash Dwivedi. All the promoted officers have been given the UP cadre in IPS. Earlier they all were posted as Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP)
