Mr Nk Mishra has been given the additional charge of Director General of Police by Government of Sikkim on Wednesday. He is a senior IPS Officer of 1988 batch from Sikkim Cadre. He is currently serving as SDGP, Home Guards & Civil Defense.
Mr Mishra previously has served as Special Director of the Intelligence Bureau on deputation. The central government accepted his appointment on DG Level positions this year in February. In November 2021 Mr Mishra returned to his parent cadre that is Sikkim.
