Rugved Milind Thakur (IAS:2011:HP), Director, Rural Development & Panchayat Raj-cum-Ex officio Special Secretary (Panchayat Raj), has been given the charge of the post of Director, Himachal Pradesh Institute of Public Administration (HIPA), Shimla, relieving Vivek Bhatia (IAS:2011:HP).
