IAS officer Saurabh Jassal has been given the additional charge of Special Secretary (Camp at Dharamshala) to Himachal Pradesh’s Chief Minister Sukhwinder Sukhu. Saurabh Jassal will look after the work of the Special Secretary during the Chief Minister’s stay in Dharamshala.
He is currently serving as Assistant Deputy Commissioner and Project Director for the DRDA in Dharamshala, Kangra district. Every year, the state government travels to Dharamshala, particularly during the winter months, to listen to the people’s difficulties. Similarly, the Vidhansabha’s winter session is held at Dharamshala.
