In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, 14 IAS officers have been transferred and posted with a new charge in Tamil Nadu. According to the list seven officers have been transferred to the post of District Collector.
Dr. G S Sameeran IAS who was currently serving as Director- Fisheries, Chennai has now been appointed as the Collector- Tenkasi District replacing G K Arun Sundar Thayalan. Whereas, Thayalan has been transferred as Joint Secretary, Environment and Forests.
2012-batch IAS officer Vishnu V who was posted as Executive Director, Skill Development, Chennai has now been transferred and appointed as Collector, Tirunelveli replacing Shilpa Prabhakar Satish. Satish has been posted as Joint Secretary, Health and Family Welfare.
P Madhusudhan Reddy has been appointed as the District Collector of Sivagangai district replacing J Jayakanthan. The latter has been posted as Director, Fisheries and MD, Tamil Nadu Fisheries Corporation.
Director, Rehabilitation Deptt, Chennai, Dinesh Ponraj Oliver has been appointed as Collector, Ramanathapuram district, whereas Thoothukudi Collector Sandeep Nanduri has been made the District Collector of Tiruvannamalai.
Senthil Raj K who was currently working as Mission Director, National Health Mission, Chennai has now replaced Sandeep Nanduri as the Collector, Thoothukudi.
A R Gladstone Pushparaj has been made Collector, Ranipet, K Veera Raghava Rao as Director, Employment and Training, K S Kandasamy as Special Officer, Grievance Redressal, e-Governance, Jacintha Lazarus as Director – Rehabilitation and Welfare of Non-Resident Tamils and lastly, S Divyadharshini as Joint Commissioner, Greater Chennai Corporation, Tamil Nadu.
