The NaMo administration worked a major bureaucratic reshuffle on 16th November’20, Monday when it transferred and posted seven Joint Secretary level officials. Among them were:
Amit Varadan (lRTS: 1989) He has been posted a Joint Secretary of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, on a lateral shift basis. He will be on the post for five years. Currently, he is working as Joint Secretary of Department of Heavy Industry.

Sunil Kumar Barnwal (lAS: 1997: JH) He has been given the post of Joint Secretary of Ministry of Home Affairs. His tenure will go on for five years.

Ms Veena Kumari Dermal (lPoS: 1998) Previous Director of Ministry of Mines is now appointed as the Joint Secretary in the same department for a tenure of five years.
Naresh Pal Gangwar (lAS: 1994: RJ) He will now reside on the post of Joint Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change.

Priyank Bharti (IAS: 2001: PB) He isappointed as the new Senior Directing Staff (Civil), National Defence College, Department of Defence. Currently he is posted as the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.
