IPS officer S R Saravanan has been appointed as Inspector General (IG) in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). Mr. Saravanan is an IPS of 2000 batch and Nagaland cadre. His deputation in CISF will be for a period of five years. The order regarding his appointment was issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Wednesday (03.05.2023)
