Talking about this outreach initiative Special DGP, Assam Police Mr. Harmeet Singh said that sensitization on child rights and protection issues is the key to preventing crimes against children. If children are aware, they are empowered to protect themselves from all forms of harassment and violence. Let it be noted that Child Rights Week is celebrated nationally from November 14 to 20.
