In a minor administrative reshuffle in Police Department in Tamil Nadu, the government has swapped two IPS officers in Chennai.
2002 batch IPS officer Dr. N. Kannan has been posted as the Inspector General of Police (IGP-South Zone). He was IGP, North Zone.
While, Mr KS Narenthiran Nayar, an IPS officer of 2005 batch, has been transferred as the Inspector General of Police (IGP-North Zone). He was IGP, South Zone.
